Returns and Chargebacks

Online payments made using PayEat on any of our partner websites will be handled by PayEat LTD.

Payments made through PayEat LTD will appear on your statement as PAY EAT.

For refunds, charge backs or disputes for online orders please contact the business you placed an order from, they should be able to help you refund and resolve any issues that you may have.

It can take 5-10 days for any refunds processed to appear on your bank statement.

If the business, you placed an order with is unable to help you with a refund then you are able to use the above information to contact us and we will open a dispute with the business regarding your order.

Please note; failed payments may still appear on your bank statement however you will be reimbursed by your own bank in due course.
